Dr Ena Bhattacharyya is a Senior Language and Communication lecturer at Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS, Perak Darul Ridzuan, West Malaysia since 2001. Her research interests are Communicative Competence, Employability Skills, Sustainable Education, and TESL. She is passionate on empowering young graduates Oral Communication Competency. Ena is also a lifetime member of Malaysian Association of Applied Linguistics (MAAL).
